[Dirvish] Win11 client backup using dirvish

Hi, Thilo.

I'm the author of tb-rsync-vss. I'm amazed (but pleased) to hear that 
someone else is using it!

I've been avoiding Win11, and don't have a system to test on. It's 
possible that just recompiling it would update the DLLs being used, or 
it looks like you can install MSVCP100.dll as part of the MSVC 2012 
redistributables:
