[Dirvish] Win11 client backup using dirvish

Hi all

I used to do backups using dirvish of Win10 client with tb-rsync-vss
wrapper for rsync - all good.

When installing the config to the new Win11 client I keep getting the
error that MSVCP100.dll is missing.

According to google I installed Microsoft C++, 64 and then also 86
versions and rebooted, no luck, still missing.....

Anybody any clue?
