For some reason the kernel is still flipping the external drive from
/dev/sdc1 to /dev/sdd1 while it's mounted and sitting there. The current
fstab line reads:

UUID=6e95864b-6291-4148-acd3-627542c8318f  /mnt/backup  ext4  noauto,rw  0  0
