[Dirvish] expire rules

Hi  could some one give me a few pointers on why this rule is not doing 
as expected and there is no expire rules in master.conf

how is it getting 15 and 4 days ?
I modified the rule I found here http://wiki.edseek.com/howto:dirvish. I 
assume I am not understanding some thing some where
