I am not sure, but it seems you are running a post-server script? I
see not access permission failures (in the output above), to me this
looks rather like a scripting error. Lines 34 and 39 might be related
to the script running in the wrong shell, what does the script's
shebang look like?

My guess would be
#!/bin/sh
which might not run bash, but you are using bash syntax...

Just a wild guess...
