[Dirvish] rsync 3.0.9 - uid 4294967295 (-1) and/or failed to write xattr issue

Many thanks to Tamas for his reply.

I have solved this now and it was quite simple in the end.  Reading 
Tamas' reply I realised I needed to suppress the '-pgo' options.

Adding

'permissons: 0'

  to the vault's dirvish/default.conf solved it.
