[Dirvish] some files vanished before they could be transferred

A quick reminder - the /etc/dirvish/master.conf file or the
[VAULT]/dirvish/default.conf file should contain excludes for
directories containing temporary files that are extremely
active. There is no good reason to back these up if they all
change much more rapidly than you do backups. If you try, you
may get errors in your log files like:

rsync warning: some files vanished before they could be transferred (code 24)
...

This may interfere with your logging. I recently had this problem
with files in the directory /var/mailman/qfiles/out/ after I added
a few more mailing lists to my server and made that directory even
more active (and more likely to have changed files). Since I swap my
backup drives, I put most of my excludes in /etc/dirvish/master.conf
so I don't have to modify the conf files on each backup drive.
