Hello
You'll run into this with all 'locked' files on windows. You can use
NTBACKUP to backup your documents and settings, since it uses shadow
copy (I believe). I do this on a couple of machines, since profiles are
critical for restoring. Unfortunately the bkf files are rather large,
and they'll change every time, so you'll be backing that file every
time.. eating up your disk. Another example of needing this is backing
up your Outlook.pst file, etc. This is when backing up windows really
sucks.
