[Dirvish] Dirvish wiki temporarily frozen

There is currently an organized bot attack against kwiki web pages
going on.  I have made the Dirvish wiki read only until I find a 
better way to protect the pages against vandalism.  I am afraid it
will involve a lot more authentication, and less anonymity. 

At least I have dirvish backups of the pages. :-/

Oh well, this is what happens when you allow psychopaths near computers.
