[Dirvish] Administrivia: mail improvements

I am upgrading my incoming mail server to add greylisting and a few
more spam traps. The first mail you send to dirvish at dirvish.com
after this may suffer a few minutes of delay, while your mail server
proves its bona fides to mine.

There may also be some breakage; if posting to the list no longer
works, send email to the address below with the name of your mail
server. If you can't get through after a few hours, call the
number below or add a message to the wiki.

You may also see some test messages, marked "testing mailing list
please ignore".

Finally, if there is a zombied computer somewhere on your network
sending email through the same mail gateway that you use, you may
have difficulty reaching this list in the future. Let me know and
I will whitelist your machine. Also, fix the zombie and LART its
owner, please.

Sorry for the annoyance - right now my server is averaging 3 spam
attempts per second, and it is becoming very expensive to back up
the gigantic mail logs, even with dirvish. We've kept the list
spam free so far, and I want to keep it that way.

BTW, we have 94 subscribers to the list - when we pass 100, time
for a party! Your continent or mine?
