[Dirvish] archiving a local partition

Yeah, sounds goofy, but is a work around for pushing from the remote.
The remote pushes an rsync update to a buffer partition then use dirvish
to archive.  But dirvish part is not working.  Config'ing the client in
the default file to "localhost" results in the below error message.
(Setting it to hostname results in ssh timeout.)
