The next thing I was going to put into my tiny nagios script is to make
sure the backup job has run "today". It already timestamps the moment of
completion. All is missing is to get current date and compare if it is
equal to the stamp.
I guess i was too lazy there, it shows the date in the nagios service
overview page, so i've stopped there.
