[Dirvish] Cygwin/Rsync contributions from Antonio

Antonio Martins from Portugal has been helping the group by creating
some Wiki pages on using dirvish/rsync/cygwin/windows without ssh.
Take a look at the Changes page on the wiki and see what he has been
doing.  This is a wiki;  if anyone else can help Antonio express his
thoughts, that is good too!

The most exciting thing about working on an open source project is
the contributions, large and small, that appear from all over the
world.  Seeing all those contributions from Antonio is a great way
to start my morning.  Thanks, Antonio!
